Ring outdoor camera live view is blocked out by 1/2 of the screen
troubleshooting
Set up a ring outdoor camera. Tried to set zone to the lower half of my screen. The entire lower half of my screen is now blacked out even on live view and the upper part that still has a picture is where my zone went to. Now everytime a car goes by the chime reports someone at my door. How to correct?

Hi @user_a68f37. It sounds like you may have set up a Privacy Zone, which allows you to set up a blocked area. This will block that area in Live Views and video recordings. No worries, you can adjust your Privacy Zones under Device Settings, Privacy Settings. Let me know if you have any other questions!
