Ring Floodlight Lights Dim
The lights on my ring floodlight recently starting only coming on very dim. I can see each of the individual leds lit up but they are no where close to full strength. When the lights first turn on there is some flickering that occurs. Everything else is working normally with the floodlight. I've rebooted, turned power off etc. to no effect.

I've had the device for years. Not sure how long. Its been on a Ring Home Plan subscription the entire time.

Hi @user_23ebf4. How old is the device? Do you have an active Ring Home Plan subscription? If you are experiencing a hardware failure, and the device meets the criteria, you may be eligible for a replacement.
