Ring floodlight issue

Our Floodlight keeps on flashing on like a strobe light when it detects motion, rather than staying on. This has been occuring on and off for several days now ,turned off power by the circuit box and light switch no luck. The floodlight is hardwired. I’ve restarted the electrical box, firmware is up to date. Not sure what else it can be other than the device itself someone else I know had the same issue and was sent a replacement and worked great after. Not sure if its something with the cold weather but my other cameras work fine. thanks
