Ring camera not entering set up mode

Question

My hardwired camera has stopped working. About a month old. The unit says it dropped off the Wi-Fi even though other devices are connected. The unit will not enter set up mode. I have tried a re set with no joy

Hi @user75341. If you have verified there is still power at your hardwired Camera and have tried a reset but it is still not entering setup mode, the next best step is to contact our support team for further assistance. Give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
