Ring Camera Black Screen and Activating Live View options
Hi Experts, With reference to my post on July 18 regarding RING STICK CAM 3rd GEN issue (https://community.ring.com/t/live-view-is-stuck-on-activating-live-view/146611) i have some update. As mentioned earlier we have three ring camera's at our premises one of camera is able to generate motion however Live View is still problematic and two same model / version camera's are still problematic for motion and live view and i just found that the one which show motion has firmware : 1.14.12800 and the problematic have firmware version : 1.12.13000 I also remove these from the camera's app and reset through an orange button at the bottom of camera but i can see that firmware is not updated and motion is still problematic for only those two cameras Can anyone help how can I manually update the firmware of those cameras which are problematic Please note that all three cameras have same internet.
