Ring camera at night is not clear unless spotlights are on

So apparently I can only post one image so here is the crap night view image. He spotlight cam is great with the spotlights on and rubbish when off. I have reset the spotlight cam and cleaned the camera with good quality camera lens cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Still get the crap view at night, this was working fine until about two weeks ago.Any thoughts?

Hi @user74703. I’d suggest getting in touch with our support team regarding this. Cleaning the lens and resetting the Spotlight Cam are the troubleshooting steps I would have suggested. Since those steps didn’t resolve this, our support team can investigate further.
