Ring Cam Elite
I have been using a new Ring Cam Elite for a week with no issues. This morning it went offline and disconnected from my network. I have tried to change the power source from POE to USB, I have tried changing all the cables and I have tried to reset it. The Camera is now stuck on a start up loop, it will say "Welcome to Ring" then immediately the lights with flash red and say "Setup did not complete please try again" it will then reset and repeat the cycle! Any ideas I can see in my network it's not requesting an IP and unplugging the Ethernet cable makes no difference!

I was gong to give up and and use POE to power my older Elite cam and connect with wifi, which does work but defeats the purpose of Ethernet. However I came across a post where the person had success by disabling Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) on their router, in my case an ancient Unifi USG Pro 4. Having done that and removing the camera from my ring app I was able to reinstall the camera and connect over the POE ethernet. While has only been a few hours it seems to be working as it should. I am not sure what the disadvantage of disabling STP so that remains to be seen.
