When is the rich notification gonna start working? It’s been 10+ days.

I think at this point it’s safe to assume they don’t care how long it’s been down for, a software bug or glitch doesn’t take two + weeks to fix, I’m just going to assume that it’s not coming back any time soon! The lack of updates or any communication is appalling, they couldn’t give a shit!
