  Hi @user_c258c1. You will need to be present with the Ring device in order to set it up in the Ring app. Ring devices cannot be set up remotely.

  Hi @user_485d84. Have you made sure you are logged into the correct account? If so, have you made sure you are in the right location in the Ring app? To check, tap on the location name that's in the top center of the Dashboard.
