Our (rarely used) Gen 2 Indoor plug-in cam came offline. And now (even after a factory reset) it will not recognize our perfectly working Xfinity router. All other devices in our home are powered by our Xfinity system. I am coming very close to pitching the RING system and migrating to a different set of outdoor and indoor cameras (after wasting over an hour with a lovely --- but useless---- Ring customer service tech).

Hi @user_b258ff. Is our router dual-band, providing both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks? If so, do these share the same network name and password? The Indoor Cam is only compatible with 2.4GHz, so you may need to split the bands, or set up a guest network using only 2.4GHz. It would also be helpful to know if there's a specific error message you're seeing in the Ring app. Feel free to share a screenshot if that's easier. Or do you not see your wifi network listed at all during the connection process?
