Ring Security Cameras
plug in on my camera not working
My plug in from the usb adapter worked fine for months with my battery holding at 100%. Until my camera was dead. Charged the battery, camera works fine but no plug in power. The adapter still works as my phones showes power if I plug into it.

Hey neighbors! If your device is showing you any signs of life, please press the setup button on the top in order to put it into setup mode. From there, go to the Device Health of the device in your Ring app and check "reconnect to wifi," in order to get it back online! Same, says it cannot connect to the WiFi and we bought another router just for the camera’s and I cannot figure out for the life of me to transfer all 4 cameras to the new router
