Pink Barbie Screen

Well I have the pink screen on my spotlight cam, tap it and it goes away then comes back. Spent an hour on the phone with customer services going through all the steps they know won't work, and then they said all they can do is offer me a 35% off coupon. I even have their Protection Plus Plan. As I added more cameras I upgraded the plan from 1 to 5 but because the first one wasn't under the protection plus when I started, it doesn't count as being protected. But yet my account says I'm covered except for two words that say eligible devices apparently that means I'm not covered even though it says "Floodlight Wired" covered. I'm going to throw a fit with Costco for selling this garbage and for them knowing they have a major defect with the filter and they're trying to not take responsibility. This is about as shady as it gets.
