Pictures not showing on notifications for one camera

Pics stopped showing on notifications for my spotlight camera, but show for other cameras. I recently installed the ring alarm pro and wanted to utilize the local video recording feature which involves having the cameras connected to the alarms onboard eero router. Initially, before I got additional eero units, the camera in question was connected to the alarm router, but a weak signal and stopped showing preview pics when getting notifications. A week later I got additional eero units and now the camera has a stronger connection, than it ever had, but still no pics. I’ve changed WiFi networks, turned rich notifications on and off, only thing I haven’t done is remove the camera.     Hi @user61164. Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps to try and fix your concern. I would also recommend trying a factory reset of your Camera and then [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi). To factory reset your Camera, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
