Pictures not showing on notifications for one camera

Pics stopped showing on notifications for my spotlight camera, but show for other cameras. I recently installed the ring alarm pro and wanted to utilize the local video recording feature which involves having the cameras connected to the alarms onboard eero router. Initially, before I got additional eero units, the camera in question was connected to the alarm router, but a weak signal and stopped showing preview pics when getting notifications. A week later I got additional eero units and now the camera has a stronger connection, than it ever had, but still no pics. I’ve changed WiFi networks, turned rich notifications on and off, only thing I haven’t done is remove the camera.Anything else I can try?
