Only one shared device, but access to all?

Question

I have 9 cameras installed, among flood camera,doorbell and stick camera. One camera is at one location(home), while the rest are at another one (work). I shared only the home camera with my wife, but she has live feed access only to the rest of them. I already made sure that she only has access to one camera,no other shared users at 2nd location. Any ideas of how I can disable this access?

Hi @Crusader069. If you have already made sure the Shared User has only access to that one device, check their Ring app to make sure they are logged into the Shared User account and not logged into your account. To do so, go to their Ring app, tap the hamburger menu on the top left corner, and select Account Settings. You should see which account they are logged into by checking what is under Email.
