Not connecting to hotspot
ios
I have been attempting to connect my two solar cameras to my hotspot which they do until it asks me to match the flashing color to one of the four on my phone screen. I have tried with both cameras with no success but I am able to get my indoor camera to connect easily.

Hi @Hellsbellsidaho. We don't recommend using a mobile hotspot to connect your Ring Cameras to as they need a stable and consistent wifi connection. If you try connecting your Cameras to a regular wifi network rather than a mobile hotspot, are you able to get them connected?
