NO VIDEO FOUND on all Event Histories

Ring indoor camera - TONS of "Motion" detections in the Camera History, but since last night, every single one says "NO VIDEO FOUND: The video for this event does not exist" **wifi is strong, camera is connected**just NO VIDEOS since yesterday**app is up to date What is wrong??? I can't figure it out.

I have been getting this last 2 days. Timeline shows motion detected but no recording for the period of alert. Not all the time though

Hi neighbors. Would you be able to share what type of phone you are seeing this on? Is this on WiFi or Cellular Data? Also, if possible, please share a screenshot of this error so I can share it with my team for further investigation. Thanks, neighbors!
