Ring Security Cameras
No preview on Car Cam
Recently purchased ring car cam and the only problem I'm experiencing is I get no camera preview on the dashboard. All of my other cameras I get them. What is odd is that ony my ipad and wife's iphone the preview is there, but not on my android?

I don’t get a preview anytime after the initial power-up of the Ring Car Cam. I can let it sit for an hour - still no live feed or preview available. When I attempt, it tells me it can’t connect. I’m using the phone app and only have 1 device - the Car Cam. However, if I cause an event, I have preview and live view from then on. I can go in an hour later and I still have access. I have access until it decides to shut down to conserve battery power.

Hi @DAN5150. Make sure to have the latest version of the Ring app installed, and disable any VPNs you have on your phone. Is the camera preview showing an error message of some kind, or is it just not updating? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end.
