every time i go to press update card it opens a form and instantly closes

I've contacted them multiple times now and said it will be fixed it still hasn't what if my card expires id lose my plan?? They need to fix asap

Please help me reduce the motion sensitivity to ignore my dogs.Ring App 5.80.0Indoor Cam (2nd Gen)When in Away mode (Motion Dection & Alerts on) I cannot seem to find anywhere in my Ring App to ignore Pets, specifically my two large Labradors! My Indoor Cam is in the kitchen, so every time they move - I get an alert. The Motion Sensitivity section just has a Sensitivity Slider (which I have to Minimum) there is no mention of People or Pets.Is there anyway around this? I'd be extremely grateful for any help.With thanks

I don't have any indoor cams, but do you have the ability to toggle off the "other motion" switch? That works well on outdoor cams to reduce alerts from animals, passing cars, etc. It's under Smart Alerts.

Hi @user_01c485. There is no pet detection option specifically on Ring Cameras. If you have an active Ring Home plan, you'll have access to Smart Alerts, where you can turn alerts off for Other Motion. This may cut down on the amount of notifications you receive for your dogs.
