No mic or siren sound

All features via the App were working after instalation. Now the Mic to talk to te guest is not working and the siren does not work, the lights come on when you activate the siren and the Dome flashes red. It is obvious the speaker is not working? I have done the reinstall three times and have also done the hard reset three times, still no siren or Mic sound
