No code or barcode to activate floodlight cam

Question

We bought a house that has a floodlight cam that is wire. I’ve taken it off the housing and cannot find a code or barcode. I know once I begin activation this device needs to be transferred by the past owner to me, but how do I activate if I don’t have a barcode or code?
