New Ring Camera Pro (wired) Siren very very very low volume

I just installed my recently purchased Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro Outdoor Wireless 1080p Surveillance Camera. All is working except the Siren volume is barely a whisper. Adjusting the volume slider for the speaker in the App does not increase the volume. I have tried powering it off and on to reset it and it has not made any difference. My other two older camera sirens are working just fine. Is there anything else I should try to is this camera faulty? Thanks in advance, Kamran
