New device and sharing problems

We already have a ring door bell at home. It’s on my account and I have shared it with my husband. We have purchased another device for a different locations. He has set it up on his account and tried to share it with me. When I click on the link on the link the email it takes me to the app dashboard and nothing happens. I have tried looking for a different location or device not nothing is there

    Hi @Rlc2504. Try having the owner delete the Shared User, reboot your cell phone, then add the [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) again. Make sure that the Shared User opens the email and follows the on-screen prompts. This should enable them to view the second [Location](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005039983) on their Ring app. I hope this information helps!
