Need to report a broken Ring Spotlight cam plus
Hi there, I've been looking all over the app but there's no way to easier report a specific broken item even though it is on your subscription plan. Anyway, I just noticed that our security camera has not been working for a week now. It is powered by wired so I did the usual of turning off and back on again. There's a solid blue light shortly after but then it seems to freeze; the flood lights do not come on and there's no video fed to the app. Do I have to factory reset the camera, but then why? It has been working perfectly since I got it except it ignores the motion detection areas. It was only purchased back in Nov2023, very disappointed it has delivered a fault already. How do I request a repair or replacement please?
