Need help Installing Floodlight Cam on Vinyl Siding Block

I took down my old Floodlight and discovered there is no junction box inside the vinyl siding block. On the inside of it is just the house wrap and the wires go into the house. I don't want to mount the camera to the block because it won't be very secure (plus still no junction box)... Anybody know the best way to install in this scenario? Thanks
