I can turn the motion light on and off in the app but even when off the lights are on dim all the time.

Hi @byronP. Can you give us a little more information here? What specific device is this? How are your Light Settings configured? Are there any active Light Schedules? Is the Dusk to Dawn feature enabled? This information will help us better assist you.
