I need a fix for this. My network goes down everytime one of the cameras flood the network with UDP requests. My router is logging this Firewall udp-flooding:IN=VLAN1 OUT= MAC=b8:62:1f:53:c1:d9:a4:06:e9:be:74:87:08:00 SRC=192.168.2.100 DST=68.105.28.12 LEN=59 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=64 ID=60053 DF PROTO=UDP SPT=35254 DPT=53 LEN=39

Hi @user44809. I'd like to hear more about your network. What type of modem and router are you using? Have you tried adjusting the[ ports and protocols used by Ring devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices)?

I am having the same issue it started with the Ring Chime Pro and now that I've installed a Flood Pro Cam I see UDP flood notifications from my Omada controlled router.

Hi @in_patrino80. To look into this any further, we would need a bit more information. What is the modem and router you're using? Please also try lowering your firewall settings and ensure the [ports used by Ring devices are open](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices).

Same here. Same equipment. Happening for years. TP-Link smart managed wired router with WAP and Omada OC-XXXX controller. I just upgraded to the newest router and the new wiFi7 access points, and still the same issue. Ring devices only causing the problem. Chime Pro-4d is by-far the worst. It’s only 15 feet from the access point. RSSI-70

Hi neighbors. If you are adjusting your router settings as recommended in this thread and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call to have this investigated further.

This is a multiple years, 1000's of users affected problem.  Many reports can be found from TP-Link Omada business network users.   For me, my Chime 4C and my Pro doorbell perform the most frequent flood attacks, but they do also happen from Floodlight Pro Cams as well.
