Did this ever get resolved? All my other cameras look great, but the one above the garage he’s a blue tint, especially in low light or overcast conditions. I’ve looked at settings and don’t see anything that will change it. Getting out a ladder to climb up and resetting it is a pain. Thanks for any suggestions.

I have the same issue of having blue tint in my video. Ever since I angled the camera to one side of my house, the video has been blue. Angling it back to the original position did nothing. I think angling it might have possibly stretched an internal wire may be?Has anyone gotten a fix for this problem?

I just started having the same issue with the blue tint. My floodlight is around 2 years old. Never had a problem until now. Anybody figure this out yet?

Hi neighbors. If there is a tint or discoloration on your Ring Camera's Live View, please try resetting your Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set your Camera back up in the Ring app by following the prompts under Set Up a Device. If this doesn't work and you still see a tint or hue on your Camera's Live View, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support. :)

Hi @Dannyme. I would suggest resetting the Floodlight Camera and then walking through a new setup of it in the Ring App. To reset your Camera, you'll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, navigate to the Device Health screen and select the Reconnect to WiFi option to walk through a new setup. Let me know how that works for you! :)
