Does anyone else have trouble keeping the multi view cameras up live on your desktop? If so any solutions

Hello, Same issue from my end. As of 12/23/24, the live Multi-Cam Live View is not persistent and it will eventually timeout and give you on of the following messages: "Live View Ended - Reconnect" message" or "Continuous Live View - Live View paused. Reconnect or end your session. -End Live View - Reconnect" or "There was an Issue starting Live View, Click the Reconnect button to try again. - Reconnect". I have the premium subscription with the compatible camera devices set to 24/7 recording and have used multiple internet browsers. After contacting Ring several times, this is an issue with Ring and they should get a solution in place, given all the advertisement and premium subscription fee. I'm happy to hear if anyone had any success otherwise or any other workarounds. The closest I can do to replicate a constant live view of the cameras was using Samsung's Smart Things PC app to display the cameras constantly. Still playing around with it though to see how persistent it will be. That being said, Ring needs to treat this as a priority 1 and stop the false advertising.

CHi @user_d6c326. Which web browsers have you used, and do you have any extensions installed on them? Do you have a VPN running on your computer? When you have Multi-Cam Live View open, do you swap to another tab, leaving the Ring tab running in the background? I'd be happy to check in with my team to see what the issue might be once I have more information.

U@Caitlyn_Ring, In response to your reply from my Multi-Cam Live View post, I have tried both Firefox and Chrome. For Firefox, I have the "Adblock for Youtube", AdBlocker for YouTube", "Adblocker Ultimate", Default Bookmark Folder", DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials", "Malwarebytes Browser Guard" and "Privacy Badger". No extensions are used on Chrome. I am not using a VPN. I have tried using solely a single tab on both browsers and I the Multi-Cam Live View still goes out and prompts me to reconnect as previously stated.

Hi @user80392. Could you clarify which issues you’re experiencing with the Multi-Cam Live View feature? Live View does not stay up indefinitely, and will time out after around 10 minutes.
