Motion Alerts does not turn on

troubleshooting

I can not turn on Motion Alerts , when I want to turn it on it turns off automatically, I don't have it set motion schedules please help

Hi @user57916. We'd love to help, however, we need some more information. What type of Ring device is this concern related to? What type of phone are you using, what OS version and what version of the Ring app is installed?

Ring Spotlight , iPhone 12 pro max , iOS 15,5 , the latest version of the application.

Hi @user57916. Try updating your iPhone iOS. The current version is iOS 16. This will allow the Ring app to run optimally. Let me know if this changes the behavior.
