Malfunctioning -Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus with motion-activated light won’t shut off

After having light installed for a month, the light won’t shut off. There’s no motion. I try to turn off with the button. When I turn off, it flicks “on”. It won’t shut off. There seems to be a software malfunction.

Hi @user52336. I suggest performing a reset on your device. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Also, be sure that you have a strong RSSI, which can be found in the Device Health menu.
