Live view stopped working after having the camera for one day

I purchased a ring stick up cam to use in my store for security. It worked fine for one day. The next day now all of a sudden I can't view any live feed. I was hoping that maybe today would be better, nope still nothing. I've gone through the forums I've tried all the tricks, it's not a Wi-Fi issue the speeds are fine, I've reset my phone, I'm at a loss and to be honest pretty aggravated. The store opens on Sunday and I'm going to need a camera that actually works. Is this a widespread issue, what else can be done?

Live View connection is often related to WiFi or mobile device variables. Check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device.
