Lights on floodlight cam not working

Replaced the regular motion sensor floodlight with a Ring Floodlight Cam. Sensor and camera work great but the lights don't. I hear the click and the toggle in the app is active but only a very slight glow is emitted from the LEDs. Is this a device issue or a house wiring issue? Previous lights worked fine.
