Anyone get any traction from ring on support? I have a stick up cam pro that disconnects from the WiFi every 2 weeks. No rhyme or reason, the only way to reconnect it is to reset the WiFi. Have a stick up cam I had as a spare. Inserted a battery and will not stay on. These cameras are approx. 6-7 months old. The stick up cam pro ran flawlessly for approx 4 months, but now is nothing more than junk along with the other camera that has never been used.

Any luck? The stick-up cam I got 8 months ago does the same thing. It's still under the original limited warranty, but info on how to pursue that seems to be hiding in the layers here.
