I have had 2 of these pan/tilt indoor cameras for some time now with no issues, all of a sudden they aren’t connected to my WiFi. Nothing has changed, I have signal; I’ve tried the steps of reconnecting but my network won’t show up. I’ve reset the cameras, tried to set them up with batteries, I removed them from my devices but now can’t get one back. They go through the blue flashing setup light and the voice comes on saying setup mode, I’m able to connect via Bluetooth or WiFi to the camera but my SSID doesn’t show; I’ve reset my router/modem and still same. I don’t know what else can be done?

Hi @user_e6231f. We have several troubleshooting steps for setup failures here that may help. If you have access to a different phone or tablet, try completing the setup process on there. Check your network settings to see if anything has changed, and try creating a guest network using only 2.4GHz. Make sure the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your network. Lastly, try changing the router channel if you haven't done so already. If this issue persists after trying these suggestions, our support team can take a closer look. You can get in touch at one of the numbers here, or on Facebook @Ring by sending a private message.
