Indoor camera live video loading

Hello, I bought ring indoor camera. Setup is done. Once i click live video, it says loading and nothing happen. All other ring devices work fine but this one is not working. I have re-sync the camera but no luck. Can someone help me with that, please

Hi @Salehatayiba. I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/live-view-wont-load/31866) where other neighbors had a similar concern. There are suggestions on what to try in the post, as well as a solution for what to do if those steps do not work.
