Unable to connect the indoor can. We have tried everything we can think of. Moved it closer to router in same room. Raised the router higher, reset the router. Supposedly there is a blue light but we haven't seen it come on. Yes,bit us plugged in. Any suggestions? Oh,bit says our RSSI is 35? Not sure what that really means in terms of how to fix it. Thanks!

RSSI 35 is good. Here is an installation guide. Hey ! If you are receiving an RSSI reading for your Indoor Cam in the Ring app, this means it is connected to a network. Try a live view, or triggering a motion alert from the Cam. If this does not work, see if uninstalling and reinstalling the app helps at all. I hope this helps! :)
