Indoor Cam in Coat Closet

If an indoor ring WiFi cam is located in a closed closet (like a coat closet). Will it connect and video quickly if the door is opened? If not, How long if it is needed to connect to wifi... Thanks

Hi @HEITZringCAM. Ring cameras, like the Indoor Cam, are always connected to wifi. These cameras are "motion activated" in the sense that when a motion is detected, it triggers a notification and sends you an alert. Once you receive the alert, you can activate the Live View to see what is happening. I hope this helps!
