Hi AllMy Camara has red tint on day vision and night vision unless lights are on, pitched black not like usual night vision when lights are off. Please help!

Hi @Sandybandy. I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/pink-picture/3583/2) where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a solution, with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not work.
