I want to change my wifi password. Do I need to physically touch my device to do that?

I plan to change my wifi password, but I want to know, before I do, if I have to get a ladder out to press buttons on the devices when I do this? Once I change my password, the devices will no longer connect.

Hi @iklein99. If you make changes to your network, you'll need to reconnect the device to WiFi. You can find information on how to do that [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408533336468-Quick-Fix-Guide-).
