I understand we need to enable these ports in the below article but I need to know what is the target location. Can you let me know where it need to be enable to? I have a strict firewall that doesn't really allow much through except ftp, http, https, dns and ntp. https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices

Hi there, @gnynot! In most cases, the ports listed in that help center article should be sufficient enough for your network to communicate as intended. Most of those ports are common, and usually would not require further network alteration, but if it does, this information should be enough for your network to obtain a proper channel of communication. As you mentioned having a strict firewall, exploring those and other router settings might also help. If you are still having trouble with connecting, our support team can certainly take a more in-depth look at your Ring device connection. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
