I need a mount for a spotlight cam

Question

I need a mounting bracket for my spotlight cam.  Ring custmer service told me I have to buy whole new camera set for over $200 because they don't sell replacement mounts if they break.??  Please tell me this is not true.

Hi @KevinHall. If you go to the [Security Cam Accessories page](https://ring.com/collections/accessories) on Ring.com, you will see that there are Spare Parts Kits available for the different versions of the Spotlight Cam. It looks like some include a mounting bracket. I would double check what model of Spotlight Cam you have to make sure you purchase the correct kit. I hope this helps.
