How to stop low battery alerts for first battery

Does anyone know how you disable the low battery alerts for the first battery when you have two batteries in a spotlight cam? As far as I can tell, having a second battery in the camera basically does nothing because you start getting constant warnings when the first one is low and if it gets low enough it shuts down live view, even when you have a full second battery. This does this in both of my spotlight cameras and it’s very frustrating.

Hi @user_cd9bf4. You can't stop the low battery alerts for when the first battery is low, but your Camera should start using the second battery in it automatically when the first battery is low. If it is not, try rebooting your Cameras using the Ring app to see if it helps. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
