how to clear a saved network...

I need help clearing out a "saved" network on my Ring Device. I believe my router is causing an issue so I need to clear out (or forget) the saved wifi so I can readd it. Each time I try to add a network it shows the previous network is saved and doesn't let me "forget" it.

    I'm having the same issue, and can't seem to find a way to delete a "saved network"...

      Hi neighbors. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your phone. Also, factory reset your Ring device by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds. Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks Justin_Ring, but I've tried that multiple times with no success. Is there really not a way to forget/delete a saved network???
