Ring Security Cameras
Help me with my account login issue.
I purchased three cameras during my vacation in the U.S. I am Vietnamese and currently in Vietnam. I accidentally removed the trusted device before logging in on my new device. Now, I cannot log in, and the verification code is not being sent to my email. All I receive in my email is a hotline number, but since I am in Vietnam, I have no way to make a call. I have reset the camera and created a new account, but the camera says it is still linked to the old account, and I cannot use it. Is there any other online support channel that can assist me?

All I receive when logging in is a verification code sent via email. There is no requirement for a phone number. Is there any way for me to log into my account or remove the camera from my account? I will register a new account. I have all the information of the email linked to the camera, and I also have the camera. Can you support me via email? I am completely using a language translator. My English is not good, so I cannot call the support center.

Hi @user_0368ef. Ring devices are not officially sold or supported in Vietnam at this time. We advise against buying devices in one country for use in another, as you are likely to run into issues. Two-step verification codes are sent by text message, so it should be sent to the phone number listed on your account, not your email address. If you don't have access to this phone number, you would need to contact our support team by phone to see what options are available.
