Floodlights not turning on when motion detected

For a couple of months now my floodlight camera lights will not go on when motion is detected. I troubleshooted as recommended in other posts and they are still not working. Everything else is perfectly fine - it detects motion, records and I can turn the lights on when I manually toggle it on from the app. It just won't' light when there is motion.
