Floodlight Pro Camera Night vision

Ring sent me a brand new floodlight cam pro since my other one stopped working due to water filled the lights. This new one the camera is weird looking. The night vision is blurry or foggy. Once the floodlights come on it’s clear. ![IMG_3191|463x500](upload://2vjHUPQ5doCtz5dwIqf0N66Lp5.jpeg)

Hi Neighbors. This appears to be condensation on your camera lens and the Infrared Lights used for night vision are reflecting off of it. To mitigate this, try cleaning the lens with a soft cloth and mild cleaner or applying a small amount of Rain-X to it. I hope this helps!

So wouldn’t it still look like that when the floodlights come on?
