Floodlight camera only works at night
I'm having an issue where the camera does not work in the daytime, at all. It says it's offline. Other cameras within 10 feet of it work just fine. At night, it magically comes online and start to work. Nothing was changed. Is there a setting I'm missing or is it a defective camera?

The device is on a light switch but we keep it on. I am able to get to the mode settings for the device as well even when it is offline. It says motion detection and live view on.

Hi @CTringcamguy. Is this Floodlight hardwired to a circuit with a timer? Ensure that the circuit has constant power. Next, make sure that you are not using the incorrect [Mode Settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes). When the device is offline, are you able to get it into setup mode?
