Floodlight Camera Lens Has Film Over It

I have 5 ring outdoor cameras for a couple years now. All of them work fine, except one camera now just developed a film over the lens that won’t come off. The picture on the camera is all cloudy and blurry and can’t be seen out of. I have provided a picture, of the outside of the lens. ![image|375x500](upload://eNtkjY8pS1n3FTlMprPwBb72DUk.jpeg)

Hi @Andrew2052. First, gently clean the lens with a dry wash cloth. If it is still blurry, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can take a look at this and see what solution will work. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.

I have the same problem on my 1st gen wired floodlight. Can't get it cleaned on the outside. No moisture, maybe dried on inside. Is there anything I can do or do I have to purchase a new one? And it keeps going offline, no other cameras having this issue. Is it outdated now?
