Floodlight Cam Wired Pro showing motion video but offline in Ring App. I had issues with getting the firmware to update on initial install and had to connect it to my Hotspot and that worked. I have adjusted WiFi network security settings on my Nighthawk RAX80 router, but still having the same issue.

Hi @user_094f39. If you haven't done so, try rebooting the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page. This should only take a few moments. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can also reset the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app to connect your Floodlight Cam to wifi. The reset should fix this problem. Make sure the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your wifi network, and change the router channel if needed.
