Floodlight Cam Wired Plus (V3) One LED always on low power

MY Floodlight Cam Wired Plus (V3) has one light that is always on in a low output. I have done ALL the reset (soft and hard), power on/off, etc. as per web help and others suggestions. I don’t have any scheduled times set and even tried adding a deleting some. Only one light just stays on at a low power setting. The other light is off as it is supposed to be. The app says the health is good and firmware up to date. I wonder if this is a firmware issue as it only started a couple months ago? Firmware: Radio-relates Software: “cam-XXXX.XXXX” The cameras have been wonderful and this is the first time I have had an issue. My 2 plain Floodlight Cam’s have performed flawlessly in all weather and conditions. Please advise.
